I applied online and within 2 weeks I was flown out to Littleton, Colorado for an onsite interview. The hiring managers and staff were very enthusiastic through the presentation and interview. The interview was really easy as it was mostly behavioral. The only technical related stuff asked was to explain in detail one of the projects from my resume. It seems they liked my explanation as I received an offer within less than 1 week when it should had taken 2-3 weeks from what they had initially mentioned.

Recruiter reached out and set up a virtual interview. The interviewer was late, appeared very distracted and asked tough and seemingly random technical questions. The process was approximately three weeks.
