J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lockheed Martin (Sunnyvale, CA) en oct. 2019
Entretien
I applied to two other jobs but ended up being selected to interview for a position I did not apply for. They flew me out to Sunnyvale and paid for a hotel room and rental car. No pre-screening I am aware of took place. The interviewer pretty much just read from a script he was given and took notes of my responses. We were told we would hear back in a week but they ended up taking longer than that.

Brought me on site, to meet with hiring managers and other candidates. Then had brief 1 on 1 interview with hiring managers. Went through who I was and the different projects they worked on. Then moved on to basic behavioral questions. Most of the interview was about the projects or random things on the resume. Might not be the easiest interview, but it seems if you can get to the interview stage, things are looking good in terms of a job.

Lockheed followed up after an encounter at the career fair. Invited to a networking event followed by a hiring event where I interviewed with various hiring managers. Within a week I was approached with an offer for a position I applied to.
