J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lockheed Martin (Dallas, TX) en mars 2019
Entretien
Arrived 15 mins early. Several scheduling conflicts with the intended interview host led me to interview with a great team. It was the best sort of mix up because it led to working with some of the best on the team.
The interview was part of behavioral and part technical. The technical questions were all verbal and usually started with "what do you know about..."
The behavioral aspects of the interview were interesting because it was a panel interview with a lot of behavioral questions. The interviewers were very experienced in many different engineering disciplines and their time management skills shown brightly during the interview. I was genuinely impressed and excited to begin working with the team. Turns out I'm not too eccentric or crazy to be hired after all.

The interview was less about my capabilities and more about whether there was a "vibe". While interpersonal skills are very important, so are capabilities. I have seen a lack of technical questions backfire when the person that was hired was essentially incompetent.
