Lockheed Martin does behavior interviews. I am not a fan of these. Typically they interveiw 3-4 employees for a position. The process is very long and drawn out.

Entretien
Applied and received a date within a week to interview with three people. Interview lasted around 40 minutes. Each question was directly related to my resume or the job description and it was requested that answers follow the Lockheed STAR method for answering as closely as possible.

Two parts. Screening phone call followed up by filling out paperwork. Another interview. I was offered the position and paperwork came afterwards. Very swift, efficient, and had strong coordination from everbody
