The interview process was as you’d expect just be able to back your resume and explain your work related experiences. For my particular interview it was in the managers office which gave a laid back feeling while still being very professional.
Panel interview with hiring manager and several engineers on the team. Started with the program mission and how the role will fill the current gap. Questions related to technical skills on resume and what-would-you-do type scenarios. Overall, good experience.
Interview is straightforward and easygoing, they ask situational/behavioral questions that you should respond with in the STAR format. They also look over your resume and ask you about stuff on that.

Mostly behavioral questions using star method, and some technical. Interviewed my the hiring manager his manager if I remember. But overall they were really nice and helped clarify the direction they wanted their questions to be answered
