Recruiter contacted me about position after finding my resume in the applicant pool. A month or two later I was contacted for an interview at a hiring event. They paid all expenses sending me to the interview including flights, rental car and hotel room. The event consisted of tours, Q&A, and 1 hour long block for an interview. The interview was laid back, but they had a few questions to which they took notes of responses. Received an offer the following week.
