J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lockheed Martin en févr. 2018
Entretien
I applied through a recruiter who contacted me online. The process was pretty quick from interview to job offer (I received my offer within 5 days post interview). Interview involved a large group of us who all got picked by managers who saw us as a fit for their projects. Everyone got about 2-4 interviews. At the end you had the opportunity to speak to managers whom you did not interview with. All the interviews were nontechnical and mostly about resume work and STAR interview questions. It was one of the most lax interviews I’ve had for software engineering.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lockheed Martin en avr. 2023
Entretien
one interview with hiring manager; pretty easy; coding at the end and most conversational questions. For eg. what makes you fit for the role? Interests? Also talk about your projects and past experience of working in a team.
It went very well, it was virtual. Friendly and not intimidating. Applying for entry level. There were several candidates interviewing on the call and each got a moment in a breakout room with the interviewer. Only one interviewer. No technical interview.
