The process was very straight forward. First I received a phone screening/ that lasted a half hour. Days later I was invited to interview in person. That was just like any other interview and lasted an hour. I was with 3 employees who interviewed me. And I received a tour afterwards.

The interview had two rounds. The first round was an one-hour phone interview with the manager, during which he asked questions about past projects I had worked on. The second round was an on-site interview which itself included three rounds of one-on-one interviews. The questions varied with each interviewer, but essentially were a mix of personality and technical questions. The on-site visit also included a presentation on the company, location, and a tour of the facilities.
