it was quick and easy, they needed to fill a position that had just opened up due to a change in contract. basically already worked at this place. they were trying to figure out where to put me in the existing dockets at the customer site. I believe this is fifty words right? :)

they wanted to know what I knew how to do, how long I had done each thing, if I was management or techie type of person.

Question and answer session where I was asked about my technical experience and various programming features. They were interested in my need to grow and learn. It was an extremely pleasant experience
