J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lidl
Entretien
Applied through their website, a few weeks later I got an email asking to arrange a phone interview. First few questions were about when I would be able to work. The interviewer then told me that it was a 25 hour contract, which I could not do. I had to withdraw my application. (I'm certain I put on my application I couldn't work that many hours so I am not sure why I even got to that step of the process).
Very straightforward process.
One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
