Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.

Entretien
I had two interviewers, they were cool. We discussed our football team at first which reduced the pressure I felt initially. The first question was to tell me about myself and why I'm interested in the role.

If your colleague wanted to do something one way and you wanted him to do it the other way, what will you do?
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Entretien
Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
