Telephone Interview
Lady called and asked me what job I applied for and what store. I was asked to verifie name and address. The interview takes 10 mins to complete they read off computer and type in the answers you give.

Describe what is a good customer service?
Why do you want to work for us?
What would you be expected to do as a customer assistant ?
Very straightforward process.
One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Entretien
Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
