The process took around 5 weeks, from the initial telephone interview, to a first round then second round interview. The recruitment consultant and the first interview was very pleasant, the second interview felt a bit confusing as was told it wasn’t a formal interview but ended up feeling like one. I got some quite scathing feedback there and then essentially, walked away feeling very demotivated and quite embarrassed for going for the position in the first place, especially after a positive first two interviews.
