Company looking for clear concise answers. Ask lots of questions especially when asked do you have any questions (asked multiple times during and not just at the end). Once interviewing, offer was extended the next day. You do present a PowerPoint presentation that they’ll prompt you about before the interview. Also you have a section of mock negotiation.

Als erstes gab es ein Telefoninterview mit einem Personaler dann gab es daraufhin eine Einladung zum Eignungstest. Nachdem dieser bestanden wurde gab es ein weiteres Telefoninterview und danach ist die Entscheidung dann getroffen worden.

Very thorough and involved, including film yourself video interview and in-person at all levels of the business. Included 30 minutes to prepare for a last-minute purchasing presentation to a VP and EVP.
