Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lidl (Cirencester, England) en nov. 2018
Entretien
Had to do an online test where you where given several different scenarios with a selection of multiple choice answers and then chose the answer that suited what you would do in that scenario the most. If the online test was successful you were then invited to attend an interview which was 1:1 with the store manager.

Question 1
Questions involved what previous experience I had that would make me suitable for this role, experience with customers, working under pressure, presentation and sales of goods. What I was expecting from the job role.
Very straightforward process.
One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
