This was a two round process with a one on one and then a presentation that involved an additional Lidl employee. The presentation was based on whichever position you were applying for.

Didn't know why they choose to interview this job instead of the other two which I thought would be more close to my skillset. Anyway, Prepared well and had good interaction with VP in the interview. Quickly get an email saying no move forward. Can't figure out what is the problem. Checking people in the same position of this company, find that they want to hire more experienced one, especially in construction.
