Never made it to an interview - I was very excited about this company and opportunity. Felt I was well qualified for the position so I spent some time writing up a nice cover letter... submitted my application and ten minutes later got a generic email saying they have carefully reviewed my submission and decided not to move forward. Rejection is fine, but I did not appreciate that it was probably one person sitting at a computer, not "carefully reviewing" my effort at all!

I applied through a recruiter. The process took about 3-4 weeks. I had a phone screen, followed by a Skype interview initially, since I was an out of town candidate. I was then invited for an in person interview with the Senior Marketing Manager (Advertising) at the Arlington, VA office.
Upon arrival, HR was very friendly and assured me that they were looking forward to bringing me in. However, the Senior Marketing Manager was extremely unprofessional. She showed no interest in me from the start, announcing upon entering the room that she hadn't even looked at my resume yet. She also constantly checked her phone during the interview and answered many of my questions with "Don't know." Terrible experience and an awful representation of the company.
