Phone screening interview with HR followed by on site interviews (2 x 30 minutes) with functional area reps. The job is listed in Arlington, VA, the screener identified that the positions were in either VA, NC or MD. The second in person interview identified that the positions could be at locations even further away, the VA positions had been filled, and that I would need to be "flexible". The process was professional but a company needs to list the location up front.

There were 2 rounds of interview. The first one was with my future manager the second one was an assessment enter.

In my case they were looking for strong managerial skills.

Good interviewing process - hr Department is well Versed and made you feel ok but challenged - facilities Are nice compared to other discounters - if you live in the Area it is def Worth a try
