The interview process is really long so do not expect to hear back right away. I applied 11/05 then did online testing after application. A few days later about 11/9 I scheduled a phone interview for 11/12 then after phone interview a few days later on 11/15 had in person interview. I was told at in person interview that it would be a week before hearing anything back as the manager would be gone for thanksgiving. I didn't hear anything back until 12/15 so a month later after last in person interview I received a call from the area manager and did sort of an interview over the phone with her and was offered the job on the phone and sent the offer letter a few hours later. The overall process was good and was a typical interview with behavioral questions answered in a star format. The background after job offer typically takes 7-10 business days. So from time of application to start date it will be almost 3 months.

Why do you want to work for liberty? Behavioral questions make sure to answer in star format and you can look up the most common behavior questions and that will most likely be the questions they ask.

The 1st interview was a phone interview with an Indian woman who sounded like she didn't want to be there and I could barely understand what she was asking me. There was multiple times I asked her to repeat herself 3-4 times and still couldn't understand her so just answered what I thought she was asking. What a disaster. I asked tough questions because I knew this was a micromanaged, typical call center torture job. she of course confirmed a high turnover. This is the 1st writing on the wall, wont be applying here anymore.

Entretien
Had an interview for the initial phone screening about a week ago. The HR person was ten minutes late to the call, no explanation or apology. Did not come across in anyway like she was interested in knowing about me or my qualifications. Completely blunt, no warmth or soft skills applied whatsoever. Job was advertised with a salary range- she stated there was a solid number and they would not move from it. I declined and that was that. I would rate this as one of the worst intro's to a company I've had in 25 yrs in the industry.

They didn't really ask me anything pertaining to my experience or wanting the job. They did want to know why I wanted to work for Liberty Mutual. When I answered she then asked again, yes but why do you want to work here? I re explained and she asked again- At that point I told her I have no affinity for Liberty Mutual, the job aligns with my skill set. Not a great experience.

Very well the management team was awesome . Not difficult. It was a 2 manager interview . They allowed me to interview and it was not overwhelming . The process was smooth.
