A liberty recruiter will contact you. From there, you may be selected for an interview with the managing attorney of the office. Interview consists of explaining your resume/job history and explaining culture/job requirements at Liberty.

The interview process is remote. There is four interviews. The first interview is with a talent recruiter that is in House. The second interview is with the senior attorney who overseas all departments. The second interview is with the senior attorney who would supervise the future employee. The third interview is with someone in the organization who does not directly oversee employees, but does oversee the head supervising attorney for that region.

The first interview was over the phone with talent acquisition. The second interview was via zoom and it was generally laid-back. The interview process was pretty straightforward and touched upon the job responsibilities and my background.

Entretien
Super Streamlined. I had an interview within a few days of me submitting an application. The interview was conducted via Microsoft Teams. I was able to interview remotely, which saved me a lot of time.
