I applied online and was requested to take an online skills test. I didn't get an offer, but I appreciated the opportunity to demonstrate my skills. I took this test quite a while ago when I first applied in 2019. The process was straightforward. I would recommend this interview process to other companies hiring employees.
Good and not super challenging. Team is nice. Members are older. Company is really large and sometimes can feel like you are an assembly operator. Overall good company. Thank you

Consisted of two interviews, The first one was a phone call and the second was over zoom with two individuals who worked in underwriting. The first phone call was fairly easy they asked simple questions, the second interview was a little bit longer and asked more detailed questions.

Easy questions about sales experience, customer service, just to see your peopel skills. its a very heavy negotiation and communication job so it makes sense. The team was very nice and attentive
