you first have to apply online and then you get an email saying that you would hear back from them. After that a recruitor reaches out to you to set up a video first round interview, then if you progress to second round then you would have a technical round which is very easy .

Super easy. One leetcode easy on hashing and one debugging question. Super nice people, two engineers on the call at the same time with behavioral questions mixed in with follow ups.

I applied in the fall of 2023 and didn't hear back until the spring of 2024 so I completely forgot I even applied. I ended up having an initial phone screening with a recruiter that just felt more like a vibe check (it was a phone call, I didn't even prepare for it), I then had a technical interview (python) that looking back was very reasonable. It involved dictionaries and keys.
