Initial phone interview followed later in the week by an interview with front-line manager and the director. Then I went around and sat with team members for informal interviews and to see what they were doing day to day. There was very little technical questioning, it was more questions related to projects and information I had on my resume. They just wanted to know more about what I had done on those projects.

Entretien
Interview lady said she had many resumes and none were qualified. So she said she only had time to ask me two test questions to determine if I would proceed further. She later asked if I was one of those who had a house and all that. I said yes. She replied they were low on relocation funds, and would I move myself? Overall the worst phone interview I have ever experienced. Why bother if you only have 5 minutes and time to ask 2 questions? I guess I am not worthy of any more of their time than that.
