Entretien
First I got a phone interview with the head of HR. It took a bout half an hour. The questions were straight-forward. Then she scheduled an on-site interview at the headquarter with senior managers such as VP in HR, VP in finance. They seemed nice. I was given a business case to present in front of them. The time to prepare was only 90 minutes with alot of details. The case was not really difficult but I was under time constrained so I did not well, I thought.

Question 1
There were too many to list. I will say they do seem interested in why you would like to live in Boston.

1) Speak to boss.
2) Speak to boss's boss.
3) Meet with boss, boss's boss, co-workers, HR rep.
Boss and co-workers were friendly and engaging - they went out of the way to make me feel comfortable. Boss's boss was not quite like that - guarded and rather opaque. HR rep was dismissive of my preparation (I studied the Org chart of the firm, and when the subject came up, I mentioned some of the departments and executives by name, and rather than compliment me on this, she dismissively said "I see you did some homework".
Other than that, they did fine.
