Initial phone interview by HR assessed skills & experience. 5 in person interviews over next 4 months was grueling. Not much communication between interviews had me thinking I didn't advance after all but HR interview. There were lots of redundancies in interview process but each interviewer added value to the process. In person interviews included (1) hiring manager & (3) next level managers in one on one interviews as well as (1) panel interview with potential colleagues who work as part of a team with the position.

Pretty standard analytical and behavioral questions. More conversational than q & a after initial question or two.

Phone screening for 30 minutes. Interviewer asked many questions and said she would get back to me in 24-48 hours and they did not follow up. I also sent follow up email.

Interviewer was late and offered no apology which was particularly frustrating as it was an 8am interview. The “feedback” after the interview made no sense and didn’t reflect the conversation.

3 meetings over 3 weeks. Met 6 people, offer contingent on 2 current references. They took a week, on a long weekend to get the offer in writing. We had to redo the paperwork 2 X there were some issues.
