My initial interview was with a human resources agent in their corporate office in Boston who told me they were interested having a phone interview with me. A phone interview was scheduled for a week later, the interviewer asked basic questions; What did you like about this position, etc. About a week later I got another phone call to schedule a on-site interview, she told me it would include a 1:1 interview as well as job shadowing that would take approx. 2 and 1/2 hours. The day of the interview I got there early so I sat outside to watch the interactions. The people seemed nicely dressed and the building was immaculate. After getting to the interview site I was supposed to call for one of the associates I did but I got a message that he was not in the office at the time I waited for 10 minutes until someone came to door saying he was conducting interviews and he would come back to get me. It took him 15 minutes to actually come back to get me. After that him and another colleague came back to get me and began the interview in one office. In the middle of my interview 3 people barged in and we had to move to another room. I felt that the interview went very well they seemed very susceptible to me. Then I took part in the job shadowing I enjoyed the worker that interviewed me she gave me a lot of insight into the job. Then I was sent into another room to go through another interview I hadnt been previously aware of, the interviewer asked the exact same questions as the first interviewers never the less I thought it went well. However needless to say after six weeks and a follow-up I got the email that another candidate was chosen.
