Entretien
I was was given a phone interview in late April of 2011. The interview was fairly generic and asked me to describe when I had to deal with an angry customer or how experiences on my resume would help me contribute to Liberty Mutual. About 2 weeks later on May 13th I was contacted to schedule and in person interview. The interview was scheduled for the beginning of June. That interview lasted almost 3 hours and I had two 1:1 interview that day. They asked me the same generic interview questions about dealing with angry customers, a time i had to deal with a controversial topic, why liberty mutual. those sorts of questions. I was not contacted until late June, the guy was polite and he called me back to tell me I did not have the position.
The only real problem I have had with Liberty Mutual is that the Interview process is very drawn out and I have several friends that have gone through long interview and even been flown to other states only to be not offered a position. I seems to be a good organization but it is hard to wait so long. Just understand that if you get interviewed you are going to have to wait 2 or 3 months.
