Completely unorganized interview process, with interviewers constantly interrupting each other. It seemed like the interviewers had no experience, as they didn't try to sell me the job or the company, not one bit. They continuously kept mentioning how stressful the position was, even making comments such as "you'll constantly be making decisions in the dark" and also " you don't know if any decision will shoot you back in the face." This last comment, I thought, was an interesting choice of words for an interview. HARD PASS
