You are asked to browse around the store until they are ready, there are not really seats to wait at. Interview room is down some steps which people with disability may have issues with as they're really steep. Half is interview questions and the other half is going around the shop floor finding outfits or suggesting shop improvements.

Read up on the comany's history, how it was founded etc and make sure you're aware of the price point and relative competition as they'll ask that as well. Part of the interview is finding an outfit for a scenario they create and suggesting ways to improve the shop floor

Varios filtros. Lo normal, primero con Recursos Humanos, donde te piden platicar de tu experiencia, el porque te gustaría pertenecer, etc. Después pasamos con una entrevista con el manager del área en donde estarías y por último con el director de área. pueden variar los filtros según la posición.
The qualification required for the job application is from higher secondary school only yet they ask unusual questions. So be thoroughly prepared before hand. The manager was scary to talk to.
