You have to “sell” a product from the store to a teammate.
They evaluate your ability to network and interact with the group.
Also I had to work in teams to build a peg tower. It was fun.

The interview was super last minute and had 3 stages, personal introduction, group interview with team building pegs and pair introduction where you have to convince the other person on why they should get hired

Very quick. Just a 10-15 minute talk and around an hour of onboarding training. And thats it, nice and easy. No knowlege needed, no pressure if you answered the question incorrectly.
