The entire interview process took about a month or so. First started off with a phone interview then two weeks later set up an in person interview. Both of these interviews went well. They were professional and nice. Met with 2 different people. The HR wasn't very responsive at first and it took a bit of back and forth before finalizing the time and date for the in person interview.

The guy was rude and not personable at all. He was very rude about my gpa even after I explained that I graduated high school a year early. I really think they're just looking for people with really high grades not necessarily personable.

Brief phone interview asking basic questions about my coursework, proficiency in autocad, strengths and weaknesses, etc. It went smoothly and there was no unexpected questions in the interview. It took maybe 30 minutes.

Initial phone interview that would be pending for approval in order to continue with the proess. Followed by interviews with different team in the specified department in order to complete their 2 step process
