I applied online through the website, got a call 3 or 4 business days later to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview they had me come in to the office to speak with some project managers, and then I had a third interview with more project managers. Got a call a few days after the 3rd interview, oddly at then way end of the work day, offering me the position. Overall everyone was extremely nice. The interviews got progressively more difficult but its really all a test of your communication.
1st round with HR over a call introduction, interests, information when and where to start.
2nd round with PM and associate in person.
Both were not technical questions, rather more personal background and interests.

Thorough and well thought out interview process. You typically get to meet with everyone you will directly be working with, from executive level to management level to staff level. Engaging and informative.

I was contacted for the interview 2 months after my initial application. I had 3 rounds of interviews. The first was a screening interview with HR, and the next two were interviews with senior staff and project managers.
