It took a long time, but after about a month I was able to start and I love working here. I would have been hired sooner but as I was applying and trying to get in, the company made some changes with their employees by relocating a lot of them and there was a lot of confusion, and a lot of turnover.

The interview process includes application review, initial screening, one or more interviews (phone, video, or in-person), skill assessments, reference checks, and finally, a job offer or rejection notification. It was great.

The job interview was really simple and straightforward. The employer asked me a couple of personal questions and my past experiences. It was during my high school years and I didn’t have much experience.
