Entretien
Very basic questions extremely simple. Asks for hobbies, skills, where you want to be in 1 year. They are checking to see that you have a desire to work. If you show that you want to work they will take you to consideration. I applied at a kiosk in store as my first job. The next day I was called in for a 1:1 with the store manager.
The interview process includes application review, initial screening, one or more interviews (phone, video, or in-person), skill assessments, reference checks, and finally, a job offer or rejection notification. It was great.

The job interview was really simple and straightforward. The employer asked me a couple of personal questions and my past experiences. It was during my high school years and I didn’t have much experience.
