During in person interview asked as few personal and skill oriented question. Then asked to Describe how previous roles and skills could be used in this role and why you would make a good fit for the position.

One on one interview process during the initial stages. Not a rigorous stage during the process and recruiter did a decent job of handling the scheduling. Fairly simple and difficult.
