The hiring process was extremely fast, i applied and within a week i was called in for an interview the next day. The actual interview was horrible only for me because i kept saying the wrong things but never the less, i was offered a job.

Why did you chose Kroger over the competition (walmart, Miejers, ect)
Interview only lasted four minutes. They told me what my salary would be, then asked if I was still interested. Set up a time for the orientation, and that was it.
Come in sit down and talk to a person about your past experiences on different jobs and how it kn relate to your new role at their job while you thinking do u want to work here or not

Face to face interview. If offered job you attend orientation where you submit I9 information, schedule and things like that. You are able to negotiate pay and schedule. No drug test
