My first interview was a one on one interview that lasted about 15 minutes. It was short and to the point on a few cases on my experience and qualifications. After that I waited to find out for a second interview. Eventually I was called at my store and scheduled my second interview. In this interview it was done by the head HR for the zone as well as another zone.

I interviewed with the hiring manager. She stated she would be in contact within a week for the next steps. I never heard from her. I received an email 2 months later, thanking my for my interest, but they pursued a different candidate.
