Quick response. The entire process went very smoothly. I received an email right away to let me know that they received my application and received another email 3 weeks later to let me know that they had moved forward with another candidate. Most companies don't bother to send emails anymore.

The interview process is somewhat informal, but be sure to know what you bring to the table. With that being said, the whole team there is great, and the job will teach you how to be a servant leader.
