Entretien
The interview process was surprisingly laid back. There was 4 people at both of my interviews with all different job titles. The first interview was a meet and greet they tell you about the job to make sure you understand the demands of the this business. And feel you out to see if you will be a good fit. Be positive and enthusiastic. The second Interview I just went through(August 2013) required me to make a presentation on the Kroger leadership model. As an internal hire I was able to apply Kroger jargon into my presentation. It would be more difficult for an outside hire especially someone who doesn't have a lot of job experience to come up examples. I applied in June interviewed in August and started in September. It was 3 weeks from my final interview to my offer and then started a week later.

Nothing unusual. Have lots of examples of times you showed leadership qualities, dealt with difficult people or situations, share lots of numbers(sales numbers, inventory results...)
