Not very difficult. They need bodies. Applied online and was called back. Spoke with Human Resources then interviewed by store manager who then sent me to the deli manager who asked me about my current school situation and my flexibility.

Terrible I don’t recommend working for this chain ever terrible work, life, balance, underpaid. Your opinions don’t matter . Managers just don’t want to listen. I don’t recommend this. Simple job though.

Great company to work for. Great bennifits. And great leaders. The training is 3 weeks, currently still in training. Then once you pass you will.go to nother store. A lot of great knowledge is thrown at you.

Tell me.about yourself? They ask for previous experience in handling situations.
Very long and drawn out. Doesn't stay focused on job. Needs a better job interview process . It's a very complicated process and takes WEEKS. I would not want to go through this process again
