It is a typical interviewing process for a store. There were 2 interviews: 1) one on the phone and 2) in person. Most of the people who interviewed me don't work there anymore; they actually have a high turnover rate

It was very fast and felt informal. They were not ready for me and I got there just a bit early. They ask to introduce yourself and why you want to work there.

Why do you want to work in the grocery store environment
One in person interview with hiring manager. It is very relaxed and more so to learn ab you as a person and if you can work in fast pace environments. They will usually call back with the week!
