Interview in a conference room with 8-19 others learn about Kohl's fill out a sheet about yourself and are shown certain situations on video. ASKED what you think. not hard at all.Once you get called back you watch more videos are shown around store told about Kohl's then trained on a cash register in training mode with a booklet of all situations. You do that alone. It's fun. then the next day or two you buddy with a cashier. on another day you buddy with a sales associate, it's very easy.

About 20 minutes , basic questions about teamwork and customer service. Had the interview and they called a few minutes later to offer me the job. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel calm

It was painless and super easy and I'm just putting in this information so I can view the average salaries of a company because I can't use Glassdoor unless I do this.
It was over the phone and very straight forward. I spoke with the current 02 (Assistant Store Manager) at the time and it focused on previous experiences in teams. Afterward, I received an email to complete the onboarding process online, filling out paperwork.
