During Covid so it was on the phone. No in person interview after this, got the offer immediately. Questions were standard and easy to answer. Had no previous experience for this job.

I heard back a with 24 to 48 hours of applying. The first interview is a phone interview and they let you know the that they will be describing the role, asking for your availability, etc. I did think the questions were a little more involved then they let on for a phone screen, but they were fairly typical scenario questions.

Tell me about a time when you had to solve a problem at work.
I walked in and they immediately explained the job to me and asked me questions to see if I would be a good fit. I got the job on the spot and they scheduled me to work the next day.
