Consisted of two interviews. My first interview was with a random store manager instead of the manager I would've worked under. Regardless, the interview went great. I was asked typical questions and was moved to the next phase. My second interview was with the district manager, and it felt like she did not want to talk to me. I was told I would receive communication within a few days of my second interview. I was then ghosted. I am not sure if it was the choice of the district manager or if they had terminated the role, considering one of the stores in my area was announced to be closing. Overall, it was a good learning experience, but I didn't appreciate being ghosted after the second round interview.

Very easy going. Interview occurred on Google Meets for about 30 mins. You will meet with a store manager then in you move to the next round a district manager.
