Hiring was for a new store. It was a large group interview of about 20 candidates at a time with a panel of managers who asked the same questions to all applicants. Later we were told they chose the people who smiled the most.

Pretty easy & straight forward. Asked me what I would do if there was an upset customer. How do I stay calm when work is stressful/ busy. What was my retail experience like?
