interviewed with recruiter, then the district manager, then the regional manager. the whole process was long because they try to bench store managers for future openings. I'd say from start to finish it was 6 months but I wasn't in a rush. recruiter interview was over the phone. The others were in person. Easy process.

Weirdly cold and impersonal, I have no idea if this is their culture or just the personality of the person I sat down with. Although my experience was adequate I was fairly rushed out the door.

Very normal but great interview process. Generally took about 10-20 minutes just questions back to back. Particularly not hard just be prepared for interview basics and understand the role position.

Extensive, Promoted from within, room for growth if you are dedicated and a strong leader. Development process can be trying but rewarding and you have many opportunities to grow and develop.
