There were 2 in person interviews. First was through their online platform and the second was set up at the first interview. Each interview lasted 15 minutes and felt very informal.

My interview experience didn’t go as professionally as I expected. I arrived for the scheduled interview, but the store manager, who was responsible for it, wasn’t in the office that day. They seemed to have forgotten about the interview. A manager who was there stepped in to take responsibility so I wouldn’t waste my time traveling, but it felt rushed and informal. She wasn’t familiar with the position I applied for, and the overall atmosphere gave the impression of a laid-back management style.
