I applied for the job in August, and I scheduled an interview for the next available spot which was in September (about 2 weeks later). The interview was very straightforward, nothing really surprised me. They will ask questions mostly about how you take initiative, why you want to work at Kohl's, any previous experiences (which I did have), your work ethics, etc

Very easy interview process. Met with a lead first and then the store manager. Both very nice and easy to talk to. Overall process lasted about a half hour. Very general questions asked.
They start off the process with a Phone interview to get to know you and what you’re looking for. They’ll ask about your availability and experience. In person interview would be next.

Group interview with other applicants and multiple staff members present during the process. Questions directed at all applicants in the room. Store manager and hiring manager both present throughout the duration of the interview.
