I applied online and was called back within a week for an interview. When I got there, it was just me and the general manager who did my interview. I was immediately offered the job, and one of the managers at the store called me in to begin orientation and fill out paperwork within one week.

Very easy interview process. Met with a lead first and then the store manager. Both very nice and easy to talk to. Overall process lasted about a half hour. Very general questions asked.

Group interview with other applicants and multiple staff members present during the process. Questions directed at all applicants in the room. Store manager and hiring manager both present throughout the duration of the interview.

How would you handle a situation in where a customer is upset
They start off the process with a Phone interview to get to know you and what you’re looking for. They’ll ask about your availability and experience. In person interview would be next.
