The manager basically every question you see when searching for what questions they ask in retail interviews. Asked how I felt about promoting the Kohls Card of course, it was pretty easy maybe 10 minutes. I put difficult just because it’s a bit more of an actual interview compared to a lot of other retail stores

Question 1
What do you think is an acceptable excuse to miss work?
The interview process was pretty straightforward, virtual interview a week after applying. Didn't have many issues or anything confusing. I did ended up working there. Managers were ok but pay was pretty low.
Phone screening interview to go over resume and job requirements, mainly confirming what my availability would look like, what it entailed, and if I'd be comfortable with the sales part of the job/promoting the store rewards and credit card. Very friendly and low-pressure conversation over the phone.
The process was pretty average, it was just a little awkward trying to find someone to ask to know where I needed to go. Once I got in the back room i was asked pretty normal questions and nothing that was too hard to answer or too perosnal
